EVO EXTRAVERGIN OLIVE OIL – COLD PRESSED
Our oil is made by cold pressing the olives grown in our farm, within 48 hours after the harvest. We grow the following olive varieties with the IPM method: Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoiano, Pendolino, Arbequina.

The immediate coldpressing (27°C/80,6°F) produces the finest EVO oil preserving elements and healty properties. The predominant fatty acid in olive oil is a monounsaturated fat called oleic acid, making up 73% of the total oil content.
