The present building dates from the end of the XIX century.
It has a capacity of 3500 hl and is supplied with all the modern vinification equipments: 2 refrigerating plants to make wine at a controlled temperature and an underground cellar with regulated temperature and humidity for the ageing. The cellar temperature is controlled all over the year with a low energy system inverter technology.
